There are a lot of things that come into play in the registration of a business either as a business name or as a company and for that only a Business Lawyer is best suited to handle it for you.

Not all businesses can be registered, because some businesses are unlawful and its registration cannot be permitted under our laws.

Also, some Businesses require further granting of permits aside it’s incorporation, like a filling station requires DPR licence; a pharmacy requires registration with the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria, lots of Businesses require SCUML licence from EFCC, etc.
