From time to time in the course of my work I come across and peruse tenancy and lease agreements of just a few pages. It surprises me every time.

Remember that a tenancy or lease agreement is a contract that is guided by tens of terms and conditions. It has to be comprehensive. Very detailed and covering the whole field. Don’t leave anything to conjecture or guess work.
There are express and implied terms in every tenancy relationship. If you don’t expressly state what terms you want to guide the relationship the law will imply some for you.
Those implied terms the law will force on you may not be your wish. In fact they may be what u never intended and can’t even stand.
Don’t be caught in that web. Get for yourself a comprehensive tenancy and lease agreement and be at ease.
