Difference Between Tenancy and Lease Agreements
Now let me make a small distinction between a tenancy agreement and a lease agreement. Please get this clear. Just pay attention.
A lease agreement is a document that guides a tenancy that is not more than 3 years.
Any tenancy that is 3 years and below is captured in a tenancy agreement.
Over the years and in the course of my law property law practice, I’ve come to observe some disturbing and wrongful practices regarding tenancy and lease agreements.
These bad moves end up backfiring in most cases.
