A missing clause can invalidate an otherwise valid written Agreement.

A businessman was happy after buying what he was told was a full plot of land.

The seller was believable and the agent assured him everything was in order.

Months later before construction, a survey revealed that the land was way smaller than one plot.

In Nigeria, the word “plot” is used casually, but not every plot is the same size. What one seller calls a plot may be quite different from what another seller means.
