We are now in the process of verifying the authenticity of the land, the ownership claims made by the vendor as well as the legal standing of the property in the urban planning regulations.
Don’t go and buy land under government acquisition or one specifically designated by the government for a particular public use or other private purpose.

Do this before you take any step in the transaction. Don’t make the mistake of making payments before conducting investigation of ownership and legal hindrances.
