Last week I received an email from Apex Chambers administrative secretary informing me that there has been a request from a prospective client seeking legal consultation and that he was anticipating that our team of Lawyers would offer him the much-needed legal guidance and handle his legal transactions.
It happened that he had gotten to know about our law firm through its website (www.apexchambersglobal.com) and had also been opportune to read some positive reviews and testimony by the firm’s clients about the firm. To say that he was excitedly expectant of top-notch legal services was to say the least. He sounded every inch of it.
And so I directed the secretary to study our schedules in our practice e-diary and give him an appointment. She did as directed and conveyed the appointment date to him, and he received it with joy and relief.
