Chidi was overjoyed. After years of saving, he finally paid for 10 plots of land on the outskirts of Port Harcourt.
The seller looked and sounded genuine, the price was fair and the papers looked real, at least to him. His friends emptied green bottles, his family celebrated and he began planning his building.
