More often than not, vendors who pressure the buyer to hasten up are not genuine. Consider being pressured a red flag and proceed with caution.

When such pressure comes, diffuse it. Downplay it and don’t budge. Slow things down. Don’t abridge, overlook or do away with any part of the land buying process.

The major aim of mounting pressure is usually to make the buyer ignore what should be given proper attention. Land buying should not be an emergency transaction.

There should be no urgency in it. Take painstaking steps to be double sure. Take your time and make your findings and insist on what needs to be insisted on.
